We believe in a transparent and open pricing policy based on the service required, therefore one pricing structure does not fit all circumstances. Different vacancies / roles require different strategies, applications, efforts and energies and therefore pricing is only determined when a full assessment of the role and its requirements have been made. As an illustration, consider the fitment of a new bathroom, can a ‘one price fits all’ scenario be applied? Of course not! There are many factors that determine the overall cost, e.g. size of room, type and quality of fittings, estimated time to complete and the skill of the tradesman all play a part. As soon as you’ve contacted us by submitting an enquiry or vacancy through our website or by calling us directly on 01626 333105, we establish the essential key information about your vacancy and the role criteria, obtaining a job specification if one is readily available. At this point we will carry out an initial assessment to determine the amount of service required to successfully complete the task. This involves such actions as checking candidate availability by location through internal and external resources and matching candidate skills and qualifications against the job specification. At this stage we contact you with a fee proposal. Once terms and conditions have been agreed we get down to the nitty-gritty of the role to determine the subjective ‘candidate fit’ qualities (if required) that will align with you and your business.

If we initially are unable to rapidly source candidates from our internal database of 30,000 candidates or locate them from the leading job boards and CV search engines where we have access to over 10 Million registered CVs, then we will immediately engage in job board and social media advertising. This is the reason why our ‘Ethical Pricing Policy’ principle is so effective, it’s because we have already done sufficient provisional work in assessing and searching and can therefore can make a reasoned decision on the best course of action to take from the outset.

Yes, we can and have managed a wide range of vacancies with great success and welcome enquiries from all employment sectors. However, once we have carried out our initial evaluation we may at times choose not to accept a vacancy. ‘Why not you ask?’ Well, the honest answer to that question is that we need to be absolutely fair and honest with our prospective clients from the outset and therefore at times, for example, we could consider the job criteria so narrow and specialised that it requires a very specific & specialist agency to handle it. Invoice payment is due 30 days from the first day that the candidate(s) begins their employment with you. Our terms and conditions along with the agreed fee will be sent to you for approval and acceptance prior to the majority of the recruitment work being carried out by us. Our initial search and investigation is without charge. Under some circumstances we may request a small engagement fee before work can begin, however this will be deducted from the final invoice when a successful placement has been made. If we are unable to fill your vacancy, no payment will be due and any engagement fee paid will be refunded in line with our terms and conditions accepted by you.
