We endeavour to make every effort to ensure that the personal information submitted by you to us is kept private and confidential and is used only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. By entering and using this Website you consent to the collection, use and retention of personal information about you for the Company's legitimate business purposes as explained in this Privacy Policy. If our Privacy Policy is unacceptable to you, you agree and represent that your only recourse is not to use this website, and if necessary request an immediate termination of the use of your data and an instruction that we delete any of the data we have about you.

Your Information ("Specific Information")

When you register we collect specific personal information about you such as your name, address, email address, date of birth and various miscellaneous career details. We do not use this Specific Information to collect further information about you. We will not disclose Specific Information about you to any parties outside of the Company except when required to do so by law.

1. Curriculum Vitaes ("CVs")

You have the option of submitting your CV to us. We will use our best efforts to ensure that your CV is not submitted to any third party employer until and unless we have received authorisation from you by telephone, by email, or verbally to do so. The information contained in your CV will be transferred from the Website on to the computer system of HR Transformations. Information contained within your CV will not be materially changed although it may be summarised in order to facilitate the provision by us to you of a job seeking service.

The information contained in your CV may also be used for the administrative, market research and promotional purposes of the Company.

2. Updates

We do our best to ensure that all information held relating to you is kept up-to-date, accurate and complete. In this regard we also rely on you to notify us if your information requires updating or deleting. We will respond to requests from you to update or delete your information in an efficient and timely manner.

Your Access to Information and The Data Protection Act 1998

The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access the information that we hold about you. Please be advised that the details we hold about you will have been provided by you in the first place, and will, therefore, be already known to you. Any demand for access to your personal data that we hold about you may be subject to payment of a fee of £10 which covers our costs in providing you with the information requested.
